Lane did pretty well when I dropped him off. Of course he cried a little but when I picked him up today he was happy. Logan was so excited because he saw Lane on the playground. He said he said hi to him and that Lane was happy to see him. So if Lane really did see him then I'm sure it made him feel better to know his brother was close by.
Work was busy. It was Monday though...I don't expect anything less. Tomorrow is looking even worse. Something about summer and wisdom teeth and broken jaws...it all goes hand and hand! It always makes for an interesting day though so I won't complain. It certainly helps the time fly and I am certainly wanting the next 3 weeks to FLY by! Then time may come to a stand still for all I care!
We warmed up a frozen pizza for dinner tonight. The actually ate it! I was impressed. They played for a while. They were playing so well together. They went upstairs in the playroom for a while and then came back down together. They are going to be quiet the pals when Lane gets a little older. They started wrestling for a little while. It was to funny and both of them laughed the whole time. Even though Lane was on the bottom most of the time he still didn't give up. I snapped these pictures. They are such little cuties...even if I say so myself!

But I guess a day that starts rough ends rough! I put them in bed and so far Logan has woke Lane up 4 times by yelling at me. You see he is suppose to be sleeping but he does not want to sleep so he thinks that my calling for me over and over I'm suddenly going to say "oh sure you can stay up all night!" Not happening! All is quiet upstairs for the moment and has been for about 5 minutes...so I'm thinking all is well. So I'm going to head up to bed myself and read a little in my Rick and Bubba book. Then it's lights out for this girl...another day checked off the countdown!!!!!
Just a quick update. I talked to my mom tonight and she said that Grandmother was doing ok. She was feeling very tired but under the circumstances that is understandable. Grandmother had been out to visit Matthew and she said that when Jim (his dad) told him to look over at Pam (his mother) he started turning his head to find her. He is very weak and has trouble doing a lot of movement but he managed to get his head turned towards her. It may not seem like a lot to some but knowing how far Matthew has come and after hearing doctors say he might not even live...those little things give us great hope for what God has in store for Matthew. Matthew WILL walk and talk again one day. He WILL be the Matthew that we all know and love. All will happen in God's time...and his time is perfect. Thank you all for your continued prayers.

Your grandmother is so sweet! I sat and talked with her for a few minutes before church. She told me she forgot to get me something for my shower, but she would get it and give it to mom later. I told her not to worry about it. Halfway into my shower she walked in the door with gift in hand! She went down to Scottsboro to get it and then back to the church to see me! Too sweet!!
