Logan woke up this morning with a chip on his shoulder. I'm not sure why but he has been down right rude all day. When we got home we ate and then went outside. The neighbors were out so Logan got to play with Wyatt. They played well together for a while but then Logan's attitude came back. He was just being so rude. I just couldn't figure out what his problem was. He ended up with a pop on the butt and some sit down time. He finally straightened up a little but now he is fast asleep. Hopefully that chip is gone tomorrow! His collarbone seems to be doing well. He still has a large knot there but he says it doesn't hurt. I take his sling off at night and he moves his arm around some. Tonight he was playing with some cars on the couch and had his arm lifted. He said he didn't hurt so I guess that's good. I just really hope that knot goes down.
I think Lane is cutting his eye teeth (canines). The sitter said that he was good today but really clingy. She said that he would be playing and then just start crying. He played good outside and seemed to be in a good mood. I checked his gums and he did not like me touching them. So I gave him some Motrin before bed and he seemed a lot more relaxed when he went to bed. Poor boy just can't get much of a break from his teething. He seems to get at least two at a time so if things go like the other times he will either have 14 teeth or 16 teeth in the next few weeks! I think Logan MIGHT have had 8 at this age!
For those of you who have never experienced an Alaska summer I have to tell you it's amazing. If you ever get the chance to come here during the month of June you should! It's is beautiful and there is 24 hours of daylight! Might sounds strange and it does take getting used to. It is VERY easy to stay up to late and then pay for it in the morning. It's really hard to feel tired when it's still as bright as noon at midnight! Right now it starts getting dark around 11 or 11:30. I LOVE all this sunlight. It just brings on a whole new mood. And who doesn't love cruising around with the windows down, the sun on your face, all while wearing some hot little shades!!! Over the next few weeks I'm going to post some pictures to show you just how much sunlight we get. Tonight's picture was taken at 10:05 PM with no flash. The camera's flash was set to auto but it was too bright to even need it. I'm so tired so I'm heading to bed tonight but tomorrow night maybe I'll stay up a little later and can get another picture. See you then!
